Your Daily Responsibilities

• Utilize your home furnishing expertise to maintain solutions across various media, including room settings and displays, ensuring alignment with the IKEA identity.
• Understand the Showroom matrix to reflect diverse styles and living situations, creating a captivating visual experience.
• Enhance the IKEA identity through effective visual merchandising by optimizing store layout and product presentation.
• Execute action plans aimed at business growth and long-term profitability, collaborating closely with other departments.
• Apply knowledge of local market needs to create inspiring, accessible, and commercial range presentations appealing to different budgets and tastes.
• Keep visitor experience at the forefront while working on the shop floor, minimizing disruptions and prioritizing safety and visual impact.
• Follow routines and responsibilities diligently, work collaboratively with different functions, and swiftly seize commercial opportunities while understanding their impact on financial outcomes.
• Ensure quality, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness in all implemented range presentations by using established guidelines and best practices.

Compensation: Pay range is $22.85 to $32.52.
