You’ll develop and execute programs that increase awareness, consideration, and usage of TWC integrations, with a focus on both end users and champion admins. You’ll be the voice of the customer, shaping messaging, content, and enablement that help teams unlock the full value of Atlassian’s connected ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute cross-flow adoption strategies that drive TWC product co-usage, leveraging in-product touchpoints, targeted campaigns, and educational content. Deeply understand customer journeys and use cases for cross-product adoption, conducting research to identify key moments and barriers. Craft compelling messaging and narratives that illustrate the value of TWC integrations for different personas and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD). Create and launch customer-facing content and enablement (blogs, webinars, guides, videos) that showcase best practices and integration benefits. Partner with Product, Growth, and Performance Marketing to support experiments, optimize funnels, and measure impact on MAU and adoption KPIs. Drive champion admin and end-user engagement through tailored communications, enablement packs, and community programs.
