Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. With over 50 years of experience, SPA supports government customers in the US and abroad, offering outcomes that matter through collaboration and innovation. The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA, including enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. The Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG) supports military services, the Secretary of Defense offices, and theater warfighters with space, cyber, and special operations capabilities. SPA seeks a highly qualified Graphics & Presentation Designer to join this effort for HQ Space Force S6 at the Pentagon, Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Create professional, high-quality graphics products in support of USSF / S6 policy documents, external communication, and advocacy campaigns using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Creative Suite, as well as Apple Final Cut Pro X and Apple Mac hardware.
  • Provide graphics design and development capabilities for producing visual media, interactive presentations, and other artifacts to support sequencing, alignment, and integration of multiple advocacy campaigns and senior leader objectives.
  • Participate in rapid artifact and presentation development, including updates to existing presentations and artifacts for the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Departments, Congressional staff members, and others.
  • Provide graphic design and product/artifact solutions including illustrations, image editing, font management, and advanced prepublication techniques.
  • Ensure media and presentations are shareable across multiple government mediums, including SharePoint on NIPRnet, SIPRnet, JWICS, and relevant data portals and information sharing sites on SAP information systems.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications
    • US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance at the time of application.
    • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and presentation.
    • Deep experience in initiating and developing content for producing visual media, interactive presentations, and other artifacts.
    • Expertise using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
    • Proficiency in Apple Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Creative Suite, and Apple Mac hardware.
    • Ability to convey high-level strategic messages through original graphic artwork and designs (brand/identity development, layout, online content, interactive multimedia, posters, brochures, briefing slides).
    • Experience supporting executive-level organizations and leaders in the DoD or Intel Community.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
    • Approximately 10 years of experience.
    • Experience with motion graphics.
    • TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
