What You'll Be Doing

  • Authors and oversees the creation of content in all formats to grow organic traffic and engagement, retain customers, and attract prospects
  • Work with marketing team members to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, content distribution strategies, SEO keywords, and effective GenAI tools
  • Execute on content strategies guided by Content Marketing Managers around thought leadership, SEO, engagement, and products aligned with our corporate goals and products
  • Collaborate across Relias departments with vendors, contractors, internal and external subject matter experts, freelance writers, and other content contributors to brainstorm topics
  • Ensure all content assets are accurate, professional, and foster trust and credibility across our brands

You Have What It Takes If You Have

  • Marketing Content: Independently generates content ideas that are relevant to the target audience and aligned with the chosen channel
  • Keyword Optimization: Effectively integrates target keywords into content, ensuring relevance and readability while adhering to SEO best practices
  • Marketing Strategy: Translates strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones, coordinating with team members for successful execution
  • Vendor Management: Able to select appropriate vendors by evaluating with defined metrics and understands basics of contract management and compliance
  • Problem Solving: Willingness to learn from mistakes to adapt behavior effectively
  • Time Management: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time for tasks and anticipate obstacles
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related area

It Would Be Ideal If You Have

  • Experience working in software, healthcare, education, or technology
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Craft, etc.), Google Analytics, Jira Workforce Management, and Salesforce
  • Content Marketing and SEO certification

In Office Requirement

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters (Raleigh/Durham) approximately 30 days/quarter.
