Terraboost Media is a fast-growing retail media business specializing in regional and national media sales and outreach. With over 100,000 5-foot-tall, full-color wellness billboards nationwide, we empower advertisers to go beyond traditional advertising—sponsoring wellness in communities across the USA. Advertisers enjoy prime visibility with jumbo wellness billboards strategically placed at the front doors and pharmacy wait areas of America’s top retailers, including CVS, Kroger, and Albertsons. Terraboost Media is currently seeking an Art Coordinator. The Art Coordinator oversees incoming campaigns and guides customers through the complete art approval process. This role involves working closely with customers from the initial point of contact, gathering details about their creative vision, and securing final approval on the artwork proof. Once approval is obtained, the Art Coordinator passes the finalized artwork to the next team for further processing. This is an in-office role located in our Naperville, IL office.
Compensation is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions
- Facilitate communication with internal and external customers.
- Support Operations in meeting local clients needs.
- Ensure that all activities conform to company and client standards.
- Identify and resolve problems during the art approval process.
- Be able to effectively communicate and manage upwards of 100 clients at a time.
- Be able to communicate best practices in a succinct way.
- Effectively communicate with text, email, verbal, and written communication methods.
- Be able to articulate what a client wants to a graphic designer.
- Manage your work queue in accordance with KPI standards.

Minimum Required Education And Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience working with or around graphic design is preferred
