Salary Range: $54,678 – $65,878 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a QC Operations Supervisor – Audio to lead quality control processes and the team in Las Vegas, ensuring show-ready, fully functional audio gear that aligns with LMG’s reputation for reliability and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day audio quality control operations and supervise a team of QC Audio Technicians.
• Maintain standards of excellence and ensure all audio gear leaving the warehouse is show-ready and functional.
• Inspect, test, and verify audio equipment to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee setup, teardown, cleaning, and maintenance of audio systems before deployment.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues; collaborate with technicians to implement timely solutions.
• Develop and uphold QC standards and processes for all inbound and outbound audio equipment.
• Monitor inventory integrity and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate movement.
• Lead, train, and coach QC Audio Technicians to improve productivity, accuracy, and technical skills.
• Provide clear direction, delegate responsibilities, and prioritize tasks to meet show and shipping deadlines.
• Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs, performance, and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, high-performance work environment grounded in teamwork and accountability.
• Track QC metrics and report trends, anomalies, and needed improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs of inspections, equipment issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Equipment Maintenance, Inventory Control, and Technical teams to align on operational goals.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure show readiness and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in professional audio systems, QC, or AV operations.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a technical or warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of pro audio gear, signal flow, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to support occasional night/weekend work as needed.

• Competitive Salary: $54,678 – $65,878 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or better.
• Experience: 1 year supervising Team; 3-5 years Quality Control Experience.
