Job Title: Communications Specialist

Location: San Ramon, CA (HYBRID POSITION)

Description: We are seeking for a talented and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. The perfect fit will have a passion for visual storytelling, a solid grasp of design principles, and the knack for transforming ideas into captivating visuals across multiple platforms. Ideally, this person also has experience in project management and working with different stakeholders globally.

1 position available. Preferably SAN RAMON location, but open to other location.

Responsibilities

• Creation, development, and execution of our branding strategy.
• Produce high-quality assets from concept to execution, considering accessibility, and scalability across different platforms.
• Craft visually compelling narratives that resonate with our audience across various projects, infusing storytelling elements into designs to convey messages, and enhance brand identity.
• Work closely with the leadership team in developing internal communications.
• Collaborate with the team in the project management and design of quarterly team meetings.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate design processes.
• Oversee communication and planning-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

Required Skills
