About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Content Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. This role will support leadership and content marketing teammates by driving marketing strategy, process development, and content creation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization at all levels to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that elevate go to market approaches for varying sectors of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the marketing content team by providing strategic direction and hands-on management.
- Create and implement marketing strategies that elevate content campaigns across multiple channels including digital advertising, podcasts, social media posts, and more.
- Develop frameworks and processes to improve team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaign execution while managing internal stakeholder relationships.
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategy, measure success, and refine marketing approaches.
- Promote diversified services by repackaging offerings for different target audiences within the professional services and AEC industries.
- Support training and development across team with potential to take on leadership roles over time.
- Ensure strong cross collaborative partnerships across the organization to optimize project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy development and content creation within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills, preferably having led a marketing content team or similar function.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels; experience with web content management is beneficial but not the primary focus.
- Experience working in professional services or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industries is a significant plus.
- Adept at using data analytics to drive marketing decisions and understand campaign impact.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing high-touch engagement with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior executives.
