Snap is seeking an established partnerships leader to scale our global creator and brand ecosystem in the role of Manager of Creator Business Partnerships. As the leader for Snap’s Creator & Brand Partnerships function, you will lead a team and own the worldwide strategy and execution with creator agencies and partners in the creator and brand ecosystem. This role will identify the right creator agencies and discovery platform partners that will help Snapchat accelerate the creator and brand ecosystems on our platform. You’ll also drive end-to-end program management and cross-functional coordination to turn product capabilities into scaled, repeatable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Deeply understand Snap’s creator and monetization products and underlying implementations.
  • Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for Snap’s Creator Agency partners, including working closely with the local Agency teams to manage the Advanced Partner Program.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with product needs as well as Snap’s creator and advertiser goals, including developing, finalizing, and managing partnerships.
  • Represent Snap at various creator industry events and creator agency industry events, this includes developing narratives and presentations, hosting events with partners, and working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and advise on industry events where Snap should participate.
  • Evaluate goals of partner organizations in order to analyze and present mutually beneficial opportunities with the intent of building long-term business relationships.
  • Work with partners’ sales, accounts, and marketing teams to understand Snap’s monetization and creator products to drive long-term revenue growth in the region.
  • Continuously solicit feedback and requirements from partners to inform Snap product and business operation decisions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Established relationships with executive leadership at leading Talent Agencies, Creator Agencies, and Talent Management companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally) with a focus on building consensus and influencing executive leadership decisionmaking.
  • Deep understanding of creator and brand products within the competitive landscape and an informed point of view of the ecosystem in both the short and medium term.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in creator marketing/partnerships.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to identify, source and manage partnerships with large Creator Agencies globally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong partner management and analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and market research to drive informed business decisions and strategies with strategic thinking about product development and adoption.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience in creator marketing/partnerships working at a creator agency, social platform, or advertising agency – preferably with a focus on business development and partner management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Can initiate and facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Passion for Snap Inc. products.
