Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and community appearances.
- Create short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Capture photos, videos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Spark real-time engagement through commenting, sharing, and direct interaction.
- Collaborate with office staff and service teams to plan and document key moments.
- Hand out branded swag, explain our services, and generate buzz at events.
- Gather feedback and insights to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Keep messaging fun, clear, professional, and always on-brand.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or promotions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Confident on-camera and skilled at getting others comfortable on camera too.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—outgoing, relatable, and fun.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in dynamic, high-energy environments.
- Proficient in using smartphones/tablets for photo/video capture and editing apps.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
- Reliable transportation to attend events and onsite appearances.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs for event setup and promotional materials.
