WFOGen is a start-up venture capital firm with a growing portfolio across creative and tech, service-based businesses and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Senior Designer, the Graphic Designer conceptualizes, builds, and revises graphics with a cutting-edge vision and flexible mindset. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, color theory, layout, and branding is essential.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Turn concepts into pixels. Partner with our Web Developer to deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and production-ready assets for multiple startup websites
- Build brands from zero to one. Own logo creation, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines
- Elevate marketing touchpoints. Design email templates, social graphics, pitch decks, and ad creatives that drive traction and investment
- Juggle and prioritize. Manage overlapping deadlines across 5–10 brands, wearing multiple hats to produce high-quality assets rapidly
- Produce high-quality marketing materials/signage, including posters, billboards, and banners for business advertisement
About You
Required Experience
- 1–2 years of professional graphic or visual design experience
- A portfolio showcasing web/UI work and brand systems that have shipped
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (or Sketch/XD); basic HTML/CSS is a plus
- Willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt across a wide array of brands and industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an agency or multi-client environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary of $65,000–$75,000 commensurate with experience
- Flexible, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
