Job Title: Packaging / Graphic Designer

Work type: Full Time, onsite only in the Glendale CA area

Responsibilities

• Packaging Design: Create and conceive new brands and packaging concepts
• Design packaging materials, including hang tags, inserts, point-of-display boxes, and sewn-in labels
• Establish and manage packaging guidelines and documentation
• Digital Assets: Create product shots, lifestyle photos, and other digital assets for retail partner websites and the company website
• Project Management: Work with overseas factories to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials
• Manage and approve packaging quality
• Collaborate with senior management and sales department on presentations and projects

Requirements

• BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with packaging development experience in consumer products/retail a plus

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of CSS and WordPress a plus
• Mac and PC proficiency
