Responsibilities

• Support students with learning difficulties and help them engage with reading and library activities.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive library space that encourages curiosity and a love of literature.
• Collaborate with school staff and the MAT network to promote literacy and learning opportunities.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of library services within the three Leigh Academy Snowfields Colleges (Bearsted College, Cranbrook College, Minster Campus).

• Experience in schools, libraries, youth work, or voluntary roles is welcome.
