What We’re Looking For
VML is seeking a strategic Media Supervisor to assist in delivering exceptional media campaigns for a key client in the travel/tourism space. You are someone with a strong understanding of digital media planning & strategy, and a passion for driving performance across various channels. You’re a team player who can collaborate effectively with other media strategists, analysts, and cross functional department team members.
What You’ll Do
- Develop omnichannel media plans, select media channels, and determine scheduling that support the client’s marketing objectives.
- Present media plans to clients.
- Ensure media plans are executed as planned and approved, on schedule and within budget.
- Regularly meet with media and industry reps to develop and maintain expertise on available technologies and capabilities.
- Manage digital platform spend and pacing, re-allocating unspent dollars based on calculations, performance, and business objectives.
- Develop Platform Trafficking Sheets by interpreting requirements briefs within the parameters of specific platforms, campaigns, and objectives.
- Provide recommendations to the analytics team and Media Strategist for changes within bid strategies, audiences, and creatives.
- Identify platform optimization needs and work with wider media strategy and activation teams to level-set performance.
- Continually reinforce consumer behaviors in the integrated idea development process.
- Develop recap reporting to understand and document final campaign performance against goals and critical learnings.
Who You Are
- About 4-6 years experience within digital media planning; agency experience required.
- Understanding of digital media buying, trafficking, and pacing across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social channels.
- Experience working with external vendors & partners on media execution.
- Strong self-management and time management skills.
- Professional and proactive communication skills.
- Strong Excel spreadsheet experience.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in planning and managing digital media campaigns.
- Understanding of digital media platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Programmatic DSPs, Google Ads, Prisma, and other media planning tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range for this position is listed below; individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. Salary ranges shown are for illustrative purposes and may change.
