Kopka Law Group, a multi-location law firm is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in content creation, video production, and graphic design, especially within the legal industry or other professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing and social media purposes in a professional manner (e.g., firm introductions, attorney features, client stories, office events).
• Execute video projects from start to finish, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production.
• Design logos, social media graphics, and visual assets for print and digital platforms using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• Ensure visual consistency across all branding touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage video equipment and media assets, maintaining organization and technical quality.
• Travel to events, interviews, and locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with hands-on content creation responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of shot composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording principles, always ensuring professional-quality video production.
• Proficient in video production/editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
• Skilled in visual design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator or similar.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Passion for staying up to date with video production trends, techniques and technologies to continuously improve quality of content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, color correction and other finish touches is a plus.
• WordPress experience is a plus.
• Legal experience or interest is highly valued.

*Salary is based on experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
