We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Designer to join our onsite team and lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in frontend frameworks, user-centered design, and usability testing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring seamless and accessible user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather actionable insights.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI architects to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality across projects.
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of design guidelines and standards across platforms.
  • Participate in cross-functional design teams using user-centric methodologies for web and mobile applications.
  • Support project tracking, documentation, and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Expertise in frontend frameworks: ReactJS or AngularJS.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
  • Familiarity with mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and testing for Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience with voice UI, data visualization, and responsive design.
  • Contributions to design systems or open-source projects.
