Job Summary
ReactJS UI Developer (Alpharetta, GA — Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including PMO, Development, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Networks, and Architecture.
- Design and develop front-end applications using React and Angular frameworks.
- Perform new development, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Draft and review architectural diagrams, specifications, and design documentation.
- Work with both existing technology stacks (Java, C++, Linux/Unix, Open Source, SOA) and new technologies.
- Document technical requirements, designs, resolutions, project tasks, estimates, and test cases.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial products, services, and organizational structure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, risk control, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support the growth of other software developers.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of web development experience with JavaScript, React and/or Angular, TypeScript, and RxJs.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-web best practices.
- Proficient in code versioning tools (Git, Bitbucket).
- Experience with low latency messaging middleware.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on backend/devops and deliver end-to-end solutions as needed.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, banking, or wealth management.
- Familiarity with Product, UX, Business Analytics, or Information Mapping.
- Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and UI development.
- Practical experience with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase).
Other Details
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (non-negotiable).
- Must be able to attend onsite interviews.
- Potential for conversion to full-time.
