You are: A Front End Web Developer who thrives on creating engaging, performant, and accessible digital experiences. You collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to bring ideas to life, ensuring that every interface not only looks great but works flawlessly across devices and browsers. You’re detail-oriented, technically curious, and passionate about pushing brands forward through modern front end technologies.
The work:
- Develop responsive web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
- Translate design documentation and wireframes into clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Integrate front end code with APIs and backend services
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams in agile environments
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and front end standards
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with semantic HTML5, CSS (Sass/LESS), and responsive web design
- 3+ years of experience building modern web apps using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
- Familiarity with build and automation tools (Webpack, Gulp, npm/Yarn) and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Karma, etc.)
- Experience ensuring accessibility (WCAG standards) and performance best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or 12+ years equivalent work experience)
- Experience working in an agency, consulting, or fast-paced digital product environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, leading pods or cross-functional teams
- Experience in project scoping, estimation, and technical planning
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to present work to clients and stakeholders
