Wasserman is seeking an Associate Creative Resource Manager to join our growing Creative Resource team. Reporting directly to the US Branded and Content Creative Resource Manager, this role supports creative teams primarily based in NY, LA, and PDX
What You'll Do:
As part of our Creative Department, you'll play a critical role in streamlining workflows, staffing projects, and sourcing top creative talent. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure the right people are on the right projects, helping to balance workloads and setting creatives up to deliver their best work.
To do this, you'll build a strong understanding of client needs, project timelines, and skill requirements in order to recommend staffing solutions that reflect creative strengths, brand experience, developmental goals, and availability.
In addition, you'll support the recruitment and onboarding of freelance talent, serving as a primary point of contact between freelancers and internal teams. You'll coordinate closely with HR and IT to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Base salary range: $65 - 80K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Creative Resourcing Team
- Schedule and attend weekly resourcing meetings to confirm projects are staffed, workloads are balanced, and any challenges are addressed
- Track department PTO requests and calendars
- Maintain resourcing documents and tracking systems (primarily Google Workspace and Asana)
- Serve as a key point of contact for incoming creative resource requests
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Escalate capacity concerns to VP of Creative Operations to advise on staffing needs
- Build knowledge of clients, projects, and creative team skill sets to provide informed staffing recommendations
- Support Creative Resource Manager in recruitment and coordination of freelance creatives
- Maintain a vetted freelance roster
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and team leads for onboarding
- Coordinate freelance payments with 3rd party vendors
- Track freelance spend throughout the year
- Strong, clear communicator across teams and with executive partners
- Ability to triage requests and prioritize tasks
- Build collaborative relationships to achieve the best outcomes
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate resourcing needs
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to positively address shifting priorities
- An innate ability to streamline processes and identify efficiencies.
- 1-3 years of experience in a creative agency, ideally in creative resources, operations or talent recruitment
- Familiarity of creative process within an agency environment, and understanding of skills/responsibilities of various creative roles
- Experience working with Creative leadership and an understanding of how creative process works
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Proficient in resource management platforms (experience with ASANA preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and capable of navigating sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
