We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic QuickBooks U.S. Marketing team in the fintech space. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in product marketing, capable of leveraging customer insights to develop targeted marketing strategies, and bringing over eight years of experience to drive our Payments portfolio's business growth. Remote candidates are welcome for this 6-month role with a possible extension, focusing on converting and expanding our SMB audience to include mid-market businesses through insightful, data-driven marketing strategies. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance product positioning and customer segmentation, driving significant business results. Leverage deep customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform segmentation strategy, develop product positioning, and influence product roadmap. Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, develop business cases, and activate impactful go-to-market plans. Own the end-to-end marketing cycle, from strategic planning to execution, including forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing activations, ensuring year-on-year growth for our Payments product. Qualifications
Must Have Skills : Strong strategic and analytical skills with an ability to develop segmentation and positioning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling and influencing. Proven product marketing expertise in fintech or payments, demonstrating the ability to drive results and craft compelling marketing strategies. Industry Experience Required : A strong background in fintech, payments, or related fields is preferred to hit the ground running in this complex industry. Prior experience with small- and mid-sized business marketing is a plus. About Akraya
