As the driving force behind scaling localized marketing, you will lead cross-functional projects, partner with product teams, and develop resources that empower regional marketing execution. Your work will directly impact the organization’s ability to connect with communities across the country and achieve its ambitious growth goals. Responsibilities
Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to scale regional marketing efforts. Collaborate with product teams to design and implement a self-service portal for marketing assets and tools. Create and maintain templates and toolkits for in-office marketing materials. Manage the in-office marketing implementation process, from site launches to product updates. Oversee marketing program timelines, communication, and deliverables. Partner with stakeholders across various teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Develop scalable, repeatable, and user-friendly marketing processes. Monitor and report on project milestones, obstacles, and business impact. Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing project or program management, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building efficient systems and processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to influence without authority. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira). Experience with specific internal tools used by the client. Nice-to-Have Qualifications
