The role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and supports Masterbrand strategy, brand identity governance, and brand-related initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

Leadership:

Work cross-functionally to execute short-term and long-term campaign development and brand development work. Maintain campaign schedule and budget. Creative Development:

Collaborate with external creative agency to deliver a comprehensive multi-stakeholder campaign strategy and execution. Collaboration:

Partner with external agencies/partners and internal teams including Media, Social Media, Privacy, Legal and Regulatory, E&C and CDDA to deliver a full campaign plan and assets. Lead within an IAT agency model. Asset Management:

Oversee campaign development and deliverables, track partnership assets, activation elements, and related approvals. Data Driven:

Partner with Advanced Analytics and Market Research on frameworks, metrics, learning agendas, and operationalizing deliverables across campaign assets. Agency Management:

Manage day-to-day agency relationships, set two-way expectations, build relationships with agency leads, and foster Team Lilly spirit. Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, policies, and procedures; maintain practices across Privacy, IT, Analytics, Legal and Regulatory. Financial Management:

Ensure strong budget management across the team. Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree Senior, seasoned professional with 5+ years’ experience in marketing, and/or in sports marketing and/or entertainment marketing partnerships, sponsorships, creative, and/or marketing/media Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization or visas for this role. Preferred Qualifications

Previous mass media campaign experience. Consumer Marketing experience is a plus. Prior Olympic experience is a plus. Pharma experience is a plus. Highly collaborative in nature with the ability to navigate a complex, layered organization. Self-starter, team player with a positive attitude; strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-directed with strong decision-making, project management, budgeting, and prioritization skills. Comfortable with change and ambiguity; able to resolve problems; capable of working in a dynamic environment. The anticipated wage for this position is $122,250 - $179,300.
