Overview
The Media Supervisor, Paid Social is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed paid social knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations. This person will assist the Vice President, Paid Social in driving strategic paid social programs and help to develop innovative strategies that meet and exceed client business objectives.
Responsibilities
Be the day-to-day steward of social media campaign development, activation, and innovation, working closely with media strategy and client teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful paid media campaigns on social networks
Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps
Collaborate with Investment, Strategy, and Activation media teams to respond to client briefs, build strategic campaign plans, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions
Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
Advocate the value of social media and help educate clients, partners, and internal teams on the latest developments and capabilities in this fast-growing media channel
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Paid Media with a focus on Paid Social campaign management
Demonstrated experience in Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms
Experience running upper funnel awareness/branding campaigns a plus
Prior people management and development experience
Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
Seeking a resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $101,200 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
