Overview

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for AbsenceSoft’s leave management solutions. This role is responsible for positioning, messaging, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence, ensuring our products are aligned with customer needs and market opportunities. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager partners cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to drive adoption, accelerate growth, and strengthen AbsenceSoft’s leadership in the leave management software industry. What You’ll Do

Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates. Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging aligned to buyer personas. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Partner with product management to align roadmaps with market demand. Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and product collateral. Drive content strategy and execution for product-focused campaigns, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers. Collaborate with demand generation teams to design campaigns that convert leads to opportunities. Measure product marketing effectiveness through KPIs and provide actionable insights. Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies. Represent the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing customer insights. Partner with analysts and industry groups to enhance brand recognition and thought leadership. Ensure alignment of product messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Participate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role. Assist in maintaining applicable organizational security and compliance controls within your department, role, and subordinate’s roles. Other duties as assigned. What’ll Set You Up for Success

Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of product marketing or related marketing experience in B2B SaaS. Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches. Preferred Skills:

Experience in HR technology, HCM, or leave management software. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Strategy, or Business. Background working with global or enterprise-level clients. Key Skills & Behaviors:

Strong knowledge of product marketing frameworks and best practices. Ability to translate technical product details into customer-focused messaging. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and storytelling abilities. Skilled in market research, analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of and ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and concepts. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and marketing functions. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Business acumen with an understanding of SaaS business models. Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value. What To Know Before You Apply

We’re located in Golden, Colorado. This is a full-time, salaried position + bonus.
