Primary Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Service Delivery: Serve as the primary liaison between global/regional marketing, marketing operations, Brand & Creative, and IT for automation needs. Manage intake, discovery, and prioritization of automation projects, ensuring fair allocation across stakeholders and automation deliverables. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; anticipate needs and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of campaigns and programs. Translate business priorities into automation roadmaps, balancing efficiency with innovation. Process & Governance

Establish and continuously improve governance models, workflows, and best practices for campaign execution, testing, and reporting. Implement scalable processes for forecasting workload, allocating resources, and optimizing team performance. Ensure compliance with global privacy, consent, and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA where applicable). Marketing Automation Strategy & Innovation

Champion the evolution of nurture, lead lifecycle, and trigger-based programs, ensuring they are optimized for engagement, conversion, and revenue impact. Introduce industry best practices in segmentation, personalization, and audience targeting. Lead pilot programs for emerging channels and capabilities (AI/ML personalization, conversational journeys, progressive profiling, etc.). Partner with region marketing, analytics teams to drive multi-channel orchestration and ensure campaigns fuel pipeline and sales alignment. Quality Assurance & Performance Measurement

Implement QA frameworks to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, emails, and landing pages. Define and report on KPIs for service delivery (turnaround time, error rate, stakeholder satisfaction) and business impact (conversion lift, ROI, contribution to pipeline). Regularly review performance data to inform continuous improvements in execution and process. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of automation specialists. Build career paths, training programs, and skill-building initiatives to ensure the team keeps pace with evolving martech and campaign needs. Monitor workload balance and ensure effective resource allocation to match stakeholder demand. Foster a culture of service excellence, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B enterprise marketing team. 5+ years focused on email marketing and automation programs management including web and 3rd party application integration, database hygiene and quality management, and performance reporting. Deep understanding of Salesforce and CRM platforms. Currently Marketo and Salesforce certified. Account Based Marketing experience preferred. Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed function and drive alignment between multiple cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Sales Operations, Marketing, Analytics) Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com reports and experience successfully collaborating with Marketing & Sales to improve results. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze program effectiveness and ROI. Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle Strong knowledge of data standardization and normalization, database structure and queries Must possess a passion for learning industry-leading marketing technologies, tactics and best practices. Proven success leading adoption of new marketing strategies and tools globally. Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills; extreme attention to detail Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster strong, professional relationships across all levels. Minimum Education
