This exciting internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, CA area from

January 5th, 2026 to June 5th, 2026.

What You Will Do

The Graphic Design and Presentation Intern is responsible for crafting and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork. Will focus on creating elevated designs for various target demos that are on trend and merchandisable and be involved in all aspects of creative process and collaboration and create high level presentation decks for executive leaders.

On any give day you may:

Work on creating licensed Style Guides, Merch-On-Demand designs and Keynote Presentations

Create innovative designs from start to finish in a collaborative environment for various IPs

Maintain Graphic Design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategies

Apply your awareness of fashion, product development, trends in the marketplace for Global and Regional projects

Develop Keynote presentations for executive leaders as needed

Be proactive, resourceful and able to problem solve day-to-day tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote

Strong graphic design, typography, layout, color and illustration skills

Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management with an eye for detail

Experience in production skills for final output

Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

Ability to take art directions and execute on them

Education

Undergraduate (preferably in senior year) pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art and Design, Illustration or other related fields.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree

taking at least one class at time of application

OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

Be at least 18 years of age

Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

Fully available from M-F for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the

Glendale, CA

area

Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $22.50 per hour.
