Creative Content Writer
This role will be 100% On-Site in Farmer's Branch, TX.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Compensation: $60-70k

- Content and script development:
- Craft compelling scripts for both long-form YouTube videos.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video ideas based on industry trends, audience interests, and brand messaging.
- Structure narratives to maximize audience retention, incorporating "pattern interrupts," strategic callbacks, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Research and SEO:
- Conduct in-depth research on topics to ensure accuracy and provide educational value.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags with relevant keywords to improve search ranking and discoverability.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to understand what resonates with the audience and inform future content strategy.
Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills, with the ability to write in a deadline driven environment.
Nice to Haves
- Proven experience as a YouTube scriptwriter, content creator, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples and successful YouTube content projects.
- Deep understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithm, and audience engagement strategies.
