We're seeking a creative operations manager to oversee daily operations of a dynamic creative team. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation for the creative team. Implement project management best practices and leverage tools to track progress. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand. Support the team with structure, communication, and clarity.

Requirements what you bring: five or more years in creative operations, project management, or a related role. PMP certification (or equivalent training/education). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to pivot between projects and manage competing priorities. Experience working with creative or marketing teams required. Design background or experience strongly preferred.
