Overview Position Title: SR GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Bay Area, CA Salary: $90,000 - $99,000 Our Passion is Food! This role supports the sales team by bringing presentations and proposals to life, designing visually compelling materials from documents and collateral to digital presentations and custom branding. The position is remote-based and must be located in the Bay Area, CA. Responsibilities Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ideas for the design of sales materials including sales proposals and presentations. Ensure creative consistency and maintain design integrity from initial design to final submission. Set up templates and styles for all design deliverables to ensure consistency of typeface and styles using a variety of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft programs. Ensure typography formatting is clean, with attention to line returns, spacing, and justification. Use properly licensed, high-resolution imagery and graphics aligned with the content/subject of design materials. Reskin reusable assets, templates, and proposed sales and marketing materials as needed. Create PowerPoint, Interactive InDesign, and Canva sales presentations. Work closely with team members to see projects through to completion, adhering to established timelines. Assist with and execute last minute changes to sales materials. Qualifications 3+ years of related graphic design experience preferred; able to perform as a high-functioning, deadline-driven designer. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Adobe XD and After Effects are a bonus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and Canva are a plus. Strong conceptual thinker with capabilities across print, packaging, collateral, digital, typography, and presentation design. Web, interactive design, and/or video editing experience a plus. Strong understanding of Mac and PC cross-utilization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time and workflows to meet fast-paced deadlines with consistent quality. Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve with multiple design solutions. Passion for design and pride in work.
