Were now looking to amplify our brand and expand our reach and were searching for a Marketing Lead to help us shape the story and strategy that will define our next stage of growth.
Role: Marketing Lead
As Marketing Lead , you will own the marketing strategy and execution across all channels, shaping how the world sees and engages with our project. Youll work closely with founders, product, and community teams to build awareness, drive adoption, and position the brand as a category leader. This role is hands-on and strategic ideal for someone who can think big about narrative while rolling up their sleeves to ship impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and community growth.
Define the brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all content, campaigns, and external communications.
Oversee digital marketing, including social media, newsletters, website, and growth campaigns.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging narratives.
Plan and launch product campaigns, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives with measurable results.
Manage PR, media outreach, and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the Web3 space.
Track and analyze key marketing metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Lead community engagement efforts alongside community managers to strengthen user loyalty.
Represent the project at industry events, conferences, and online forums when needed.
Requirements
Experience & Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in Web3, fintech, or emerging technology sectors.
Proven success in building and executing go-to-market strategies for products or protocols.
Skills
Strong storytelling and brand-building skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
Experience with multi-channel digital marketing (Twitter, Telegram/Discord, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, events).
Strong understanding of Web3 culture, narratives, and ecosystem dynamics.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Data-driven approach with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to Have
Prior experience scaling a Web3 projects marketing from 0 1.
Network of media contacts, KOLs, and influencers in the crypto space.
Experience managing small teams or external marketing agencies/contractors.
