Top-Tier Asset Management Firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Investor Information & Writing Associate for a full-time position!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to written inquiries from clients and prospects, including RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs covering all the Firm’s products and a broad range of topics.
• Responsible for completing RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs received from any sales channel across the Firm (Institutional, Intermediary, and RIA)
• Producing written content that is accurate, concise, persuasive, and responsive
• Collaborating effectively across the Firm to gather information, and leverage interactions to update/improve upon existing content
• Associate will be responsible for writing content and responding to questionnaires of varying lengths and complexities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-4 years experience in the asset management or financial services industry, ideally in a similar position
• Experience with financial writing, RFPs, journalism, etc.s
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Proficient/Expert user of Microsoft Office software
• Strong editing skills
