Overview As a Visual Designer within Global Shared Services at Prime Video, you will operate at the intersection of creative excellence and operational efficiency, managing high-volume digital asset production for one of the world's leading streaming platforms. This role independently handles creative production with defined functional guidance, producing assets for both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) title requests across multiple regions and marketing channels. Your work directly impacts the visual presentation of Prime Video's extensive content library, from award-winning originals to blockbuster releases, ensuring brand consistency across global touch points. The position requires balancing multiple priorities, from day-to-day asset optimization to contributing to efficiency-driven projects, while maintaining strict quality standards and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, production, and QA teams, utilizing established templates and guidelines while identifying opportunities for process improvement. The scope extends beyond routine execution to include participation in key strategic discussions, mock creation sessions, and initiatives that enhance our creative production capabilities. Success in this role means delivering consistently high-quality visual assets that meet both creative excellence and operational efficiency standards, directly contributing to Prime Video's global marketing effectiveness and subscriber engagement goals.
This is a 10 month seasonal position.
Key responsibilities Create on-brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements
Develop and optimize key art assets, layouts, and visuals that support business objectives across multiple regions and LOBs
Manage and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through kickoff calls, regular updates, and ongoing collaboration to ensure proper alignment on guidelines, requirements, and compliance standards
Execute mock-ups, creative decks, and manage localization adaptations following brand guidelines
Handle rush requests and multiple project deadlines while ensuring consistent quality delivery
Apply and maintain graphic templates and style guides according to established standards
Deliver digital assets across multiple platforms ensuring proper file organization and version control
Help ensure quality control, while working closely with marketing stakeholders, design peers and quality specialists
Demonstrated ability to multitask, self-prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
Utilizes available resources and tools to effectively work on production
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or higher degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or 3 to 5+ years of equivalent experience as a designer in a creative agency or similar creative production environment
English, written and spoken (B2 minimum)
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, with +3 years of professional experience working with these tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat
Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing

Strong time management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology
Collaboration with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process
Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment
Motion graphics and/or video editing knowledge is a plus
Project or process improvement experience is a plus
