Qualifications:
- BA or equivalent fundraising, events and communications experience
- Some experience in a non-profit, school, or mission-driven organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Communicates well with others and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with students, parents, colleagues, and community members
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Drive Suite
- Proficient with fundraising database management; Network for Good experience a plus
- Proficient with various social media platforms and other technology-based platforms used in the department
- Understand the requirement to maintain confidentiality concerning charter school related matters.
- Required to complete a criminal history background check to prove that the individual has not been convicted of a crime or a disorderly person's offense in accordance with N.J.S.A 18A:6-7.1.
- Provide evidence that health is adequate to fulfill the job functions and
- responsibilities with reasonable accommodation pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 12101 and in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:32-6.2.
- Pass the state required Mantoux Intradermal Tuberculin Test as required by N.J.A.C. 6A:32-6.3.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing school and community events.
- Provide logistical support, including vendor coordination, setup, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Ensure events align with iLearn's mission and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Communications & Social Media
- Create and curate engaging content for iLearn's social media platforms to elevate the school's profile.
Develop and implement campaigns to support student enrollment and showcase school achievements. - Highlight student, staff, and community stories that strengthen iLearn's brand and visibility.
- Support the creation of newsletters, press releases, and digital materials.

- Collaborate with the team to design and execute enrollment marketing campaigns.
- Identify and share compelling stories that reflect iLearn's values and impact.
- Track performance metrics for communications initiatives and adjust strategies to improve outreach.
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Support the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders through the Business Office.
Assist in sourcing vendors, supplies, and services to ensure cost-effective purchasing. - Maintain accurate purchase records and assist with budget tracking for departmental projects.

- Provide administrative support to the Communications and Engagement Department.
- Actively participate in school-wide events and activities to strengthen community ties.
