Quilt is hiring: Customer Marketing - Content Specialist in Provo

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional written communicator to turn technical software and training materials into easy-to-consume, customer-facing information for our Customer Marketing Content Specialist position. You will work with the Knowledge Base manager, product, support, and content teams to create, refresh, and edit knowledge base articles, and produce related graphics such as screen captures and videos. The specialist will craft content that is clear, concise, and covers topics about a portfolio of point of sale software for small, independent retail business owners. Prior experience in B2B SaaS writing for knowledge bases is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Learn the inner workings of various point of sale software.
• Write articles for use on customer-facing knowledge bases, and occasionally blogs or long-form content.
• Edit and fact-check your work, collaborating with the Knowledge Manager and cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Check content against brand guidelines and internal copy preferences.
• Own and execute calendar of communications across our in-app messaging tool.
• Ensure consistency in tone and voice across all content.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience writing and curating knowledge base content for SaaS
• B2B SaaS experience
• HubSpot experience
• Previous role in a marketing agency (preferred)
• Knowledge Management certification (nice to have)

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
