Our client, a one-of-a-kind, community-focused venue that celebrates simple pleasures and the deep connection between people and nature, is looking for an experienced Event Planner to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the vibrant experiences at a truly special place.

In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing unforgettable moments to life-from vibrant community gatherings, corporate events, birthday parties, and field trips to summer camps and other special events. We're looking for someone who can expertly blend the venue's rustic charm with professional, polished event delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all aspects of events at Ananda Farm, including live music weekends, farm-to-table dinners, private parties, and workshops.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, including musicians, artists, caterers, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless event experience.
  
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
  
• Market and promote events through various channels, including social media, local partnerships, and our website.
  
• Oversee on-site event management, providing a welcoming and well-organized experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event planning or a related field.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  
• Creativity and a passion for unique, community-focused events.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
  
• Proficiency in event management software and social media platforms is a plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $29.00
