We are looking for someone sharp, proactive, and business-mindedsomeone who doesnt wait for instructions, but comes to the table with ideas and executes them like a boss.

Whether your background is in social media, brand marketing, or creative direction, if youre known as the person who just gets it done, we want to hear from you.

What youll do

• Bring your fresh, creative ideas to the table from content campaigns to giveaways and collabs
• Contribute to business strategy, not just marketing
• Grow and manage platforms like Instagram, TikTok, email, and more
• Work closely with Kailey to turn ideas into results
• Potentially hire/manage freelancers or partners as needed

You are

• A self-starter who doesnt need hand-holding
• Business-savvy you understand how marketing impacts the bottom line
• Based in NYC or Fort Lauderdale
• Experienced in social, content, or marketing leadership roles
• Creative, resourceful, and results-obsessed
• Have worked with founders or startups
• Have a portfolio of content or campaigns
• Understand branding and creative direction
• Have managed small teams or contractors
