Experience Required
- Senior Designer experience: 6-8+ years
- Bachelors or Masters degree (HCI, Human Factors, Design, Psychology, Communications, or related)
- 5+ years of proven UX/product design experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Extensive experience conducting and applying user research to inform strategy and execution
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong understanding of UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership on high-impact, end-to-end design initiatives across multiple platforms
