Overview You will be a member of the Digital Experience Studio to understand our users and design meaningful digital products. Design is a multifaceted discipline, and hence while we value your knowledge in UI design, we value diversity of knowledge that will positively influence the UX of solutions. Responsibilities Execute research activities Apply design heuristics Apply information organisation practices to improve access and findability Design high-fidelity, intuitive and self-revealing products Design for multiple interfaces (mobile, desktop, conversation, voice, etc) Apply universal design techniques to achieve inclusivity Test products to make sure they are useful and usable Create designs that address different use scenarios Maintain the design system Hand-off design artifacts to developers Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Requirements More than 3 years of IxD, UX experience or experience in a related discipline Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI design and UX normalities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of information design, information architecture and user psychology Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, a sensitivity to typography, colour, layout, and a general awareness of materials/textures Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies Lean and agile as part of their guiding principles in work Strong sense of curiosity High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
