This position encompasses three main components: Administrative Sales Support functions; Education & Technical Learning and Ongoing Mentoring. **Responsibilities:** You will be partnered with a Producer(s) to handle many administrative tasks that support the sales process. In short, your main responsibility is to help increase the producer(s) efficiency and productivity so that they focus on selling. Working alongside the Producer, you will quickly be asked to interact internally with a variety of different departments including Accounting, Marketing, Service and more. This will include different departments across HUBs national footprint. As part of the onboarding process, you will be trained on how the systems work and where to go for support throughout the process. Below are just a few task and responsibilities you will be asked to supportManage and monitor revenue tracking from various sources of payment (across P&C, Benefits and Broker Dealer, as well as, between the HUB regions.)Perform ad hoc marketing tasks as it relates sales and marketing presentations such as RFP support and Presentation support. **Education & Technical Learning** At HUB, knowledge and education is an important aspect of any employees development.
