Summary:

Our client is scaling its AI Education initiative for 12,000+ global employees. We need a Content Designer who can translate AI concepts into highly engaging learning moments-whether that's through punchy copy, short videos, or visual resources.

We're on a mission to make AI upskilling relevant, and actionable for everyone - from game designers to HR business partners. You'll be responsible for building highquality learning content across multiple formats. You'll also experiment with AI-powered design workflows and help shape how we deliver learning in a rapidly evolving landscape
What You'll Do
  • Ship end-to-end learning assets-storyboards, scripts, slide decks, micro-videos, graphics, and facilitator guides that look on-brand and feel engaging
  • Conduct regular desktop research to stay on top of the latest in the AI world
  • Track learner analytics and feedback to test and iterate quickly on offerings
  • Build AI powered workflows to accelerate timelines and raise the creative bar
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders, engineers, HRBPs, Comms, and the broader AI Education team to keep content accurate and sticky
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience designing content for marketing, learning, or other relevant business function (portfolio required)
  • sharp writing voice and a discerning visual eye-we want work that is easy to understand, eye-catching, and modern
  • Experienced integrating AI tools into the content development process
  • Fluency with 1+ design or editing stack (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Comfort designing AI-focused content (responsible use, prompting, workflows) for a global, mixed technical/no/technical audience
  • Data-driven mindset-you're comfortable setting success metrics, reading analytics, and refining content based on evidence
Bonus Experience
  • Exposure to gaming, entertainment, or fast-paced digital product environments
  • Experience with the Coursera platform and course builder or instructional-design platforms (Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar)
