Position Overview: As a Graphics Development Specialist on Mercury Marine's Industrial Design team, you will transform approved 2D graphic concepts across multiple product categories into production-ready assets by integrating engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements. This role bridges design and engineering to bring high-impact visuals to life.
Essential Functions:
- Decal Artwork Creation Develop production artwork from approved design intent
- Decal Sizing Per Platform Scale graphics, branding, and nomenclature per product line platform while minimizing SKU's
- Decal Drawing & Release Prepare and release technical drawings for decals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Decal BOM Creation Generate and maintain Bill of Materials for all decal components
- Supplier PPAP Support Collaborate with suppliers to support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and validation
- Production Decal Placement Fixtures Design and support the development of fixtures for accurate decal placement during manufacturing
- Decal / Material Testing Facilitate testing on decal materials to ensure durability, compliance, and performance

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or Engineering Drafting Technology
- 5 years of experience with Engineering Drawing Release protocol for production release drawings
- Exceptional 2D application skills and Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator primarily)
- Demonstrated ability to follow through decal development to production post 2D artwork approval on graphic designs
- Demonstrated ability to lead decal production projects in a multidisciplinary team environment working with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing
- Proficiency with Engineering software such as TeamCenter
The anticipated pay range for this position is $61,400-$98,600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
