The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who is creative, organized, and eager to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives. The role combines creative execution, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Youll balance hands-on creative skills (video editing, graphic design, copywriting) with organization and planning (calendar management, Asana project management, and campaign execution). This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to new tools and strategies, and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent storytelling and brand growth.
What We Offer

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Annual Commission Potential: $10,000

What Youll Do
- Approve and refine design direction, captions, and video treatments in alignment with brand standards
- Maintain and oversee Asana project calendars, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and ensure tasks and deliverables are clearly tracked
- Support event planning and execution, including vendor management, venue coordination, and on-site logistics
- Assist in email and SMS marketing campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies for improved engagement
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to align storytelling and campaign execution
- Manage social media content (organic and paid), analyze results, and adjust for growth
- Support publicity and branding initiatives, coordinating PR efforts and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Provide ongoing project management support, ensuring campaign deadlines and deliverables are met on time
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Motion Array, and related tools
- Manage camera equipment setup for in-house and on-location shoots
What Qualifies You
- 2+ years of video editing experience with strong storytelling and pacing
- 2+ years of graphic design experience across print and digital
- Background in fashion/branding with trend and style awareness
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Strong skills in Asana project management, including calendar and workflow management
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Motion Array, and other editing tools
- Comfortable with camera equipment (mirrorless/DSLR, lighting, audio)
- Proficient with AI/automation tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, scheduling platforms)
- Skilled in email and SMS marketing with campaign design and tracking experience
- Strong foundation in publicity, PR, and media relations
- Content writing and copy strategy that drives engagement
- Experience in social media management, SEO, and analytics reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
