We’re looking for a designer who is excited to be hands-on while also growing and supporting the design function.

You will:

Guide the Design Process: Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from research and conceptualization to polished, production-ready designs. Understand Users Deeply: Investigate the needs of diverse users, from network engineers to business stakeholders, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Turn Ideas into Reality: Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups in Figma. Build a Scalable System: Contribute to and manage a design system that evolves as the platform grows. Promote Iteration: Encourage rapid prototyping, testing, and refinement based on user feedback. Collaborate Across Functions: Ensure strong communication between design, product, and engineering to bring clarity and alignment. Support the Team: Mentor designers as the team grows, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. What You Bring 7+ years of experience designing and shipping successful digital products, ideally across enterprise and consumer spaces. Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, user-centered design, and measurable results. Expertise in Figma and experience creating/maintaining design systems. Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers, understanding technical constraints. Clear communicator who can explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on mindset — you’re excited to design, iterate quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have Experience designing platforms, developer tools, or network-based applications. Background in identity management, IAM, or security concepts. Exposure to data visualization and accessibility best practices. Prior experience at a startup or high-growth company
