Position

Senior Content Marketing Specialist, responsible for developing and executing content strategies that deliver relevant, meaningful differentiation and spark insight-centered commercial conversations that create brand loyalty and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit insight-centered content across formats: articles, infographics, videos, guides, landing pages, white papers, emails, case studies and social media
  • Manage and execute editorial calendar, working cross-functionally to align content with product launches and campaigns
  • Identify points of differentiation for best positioning our services and software solutions
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams to understand buyer needs and pain points
  • Work with integrated marketing team partners to incorporate content into market awareness and demand generation campaigns
  • Support subject matter experts in developing presentations and collateral for events and speaking opportunities
  • Ability to travel on occasion as needed

Work Schedule

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience
  • Demonstrated excellent short- and long-form writing and editing skills
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Ability to work in either the Washington, DC, or Eden Prairie, MN, office 4 days weekly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing health care technology and services
  • Experience marketing to health plan/insurance or provider organizations

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
