More than just a job, this opportunity with Monarch will give you room to spread your wings and grow because we believe in promoting from within and developing future leaders.# **Job Highlights:****Requirements/Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field.* 2 years of experience in digital marketing/social media (nonprofit/health care industry experience preferred).* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, and associated support platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)* Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar).* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and SEO tools.* Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop) and video editing experience are strongly preferred.* Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.* A portfolio of work will be requested as part of the interview process.# **This Opportunity:**Under the supervision of the Director of Communications and Public Relations, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that strengthen the organization’s online presence, engage communities and drive fundraising and program participation. This role manages daily digital activity, including social media, website updates, email campaigns and analytics reporting across internal and external channels. The Specialist ensures that digital content reflects the mission, values and brand voice of the organization while optimizing for reach and engagement.# **What You'll Do:****Key Responsibilities:*** Plan, create, schedule, and monitor content across major social media platforms (currently Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).* Monitor and respond to comments, messages and community engagement in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.* Track trends and recommend creative strategies for growing reach.* Monitor and update website content regularly (Wordpress, Squarespace, Square payment systems, etc.).* Create, schedule and manage email campaigns (newsletters, event promotions, fundraising appeals).* Segment lists for targeted campaigns, measure performance and manage email list health.* Partner with Director or vendors to develop and implement website improvements and SEO strategies to improve visibility, coordinating ad campaigns as needed.* Manage and monitor Monarch Google Business Listings and associated reviews.* Track KPIs for all digital channels, prepare monthly reports and make recommendations for improvement.* Support company-wide and external livestreams, webinars and virtual events, using Zoom, Teams or other platforms.* Partner with the Content Marketing Specialist to adapt written pieces for digital formats.* Use Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Simply Measured, Google AdWords, and other relevant measurement dashboards to analyze data and report on effectiveness of digital campaigns* Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements.* Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.* Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.* Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.* Travel and driving may be required.**Performance Measures:*** Growth in social media followers, engagement rates and impressions.* Improved website traffic, search rankings and conversions.* Adherence to production schedules and digital deliverables for all projects.* Email open/click-through rates at or above industry benchmarks.* Timely delivery of analytics reports and actionable recommendations.## # **Education We're Looking For:**Bachelors: Communications (Required), Bachelors: Digital Media (Required), Bachelors: Marketing (Required)# **Certifications We're Looking For:**Drivers License (Valid) - USA# **Experience We're Looking For:**Experience in digital marketing/social media.| 2 Years| Required# **Schedule:**Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)# **Target Weekly Hours:**40# **Monarch is an Equal Opportunity Employer**Monarch offers opportunities as diverse as the people we support and the communities we serve.
