What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for brand campaigns, product launches, and evergreen creative initiatives.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Oversee asset production (photo, video, design, motion, copy), ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans to keep all workstreams on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, product, comms, and external agencies/vendors.
  • Centralize communication and documentation to provide visibility and clarity at every stage of execution.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance creative operations and scale brand campaigns effectively.
  • Provide post-project recaps to capture learnings and inform future campaign planning.

Who You Are

  • 4 years of experience in creative project management, brand marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Figma, Slack.
  • Demonstrated success managing brand campaigns and creative production across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and agencies to deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year

The pay range for this position is listed and consists of salary and commission. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
