Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to join our luxury home building client's team!

The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker, comfortable handling a high volume of work while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives on managing projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to manage creative requests through our project management system. While we currently use Airtable, we are open to candidates with experience in any similar project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative requests through the project management system (Airtable currently; experience with similar systems is acceptable).
• Coordinate projects from start to finish with strong attention to detail.
• Handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in an agency setting
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
