Sr. Product Manager, Microsoft 365 Social & Creator Content

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Microsoft 365 Social & Creator Content to help Microsoft 365 show up natively across platforms and communities. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and static assets, run always-on and moment-based campaigns, and manage creators/influencers end-to-end—from discovery and briefing to deliverables, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative producer, social strategist, and relationship manager, fluent in the culture and mechanics of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging formats.

Responsibilities

  • Own social-native content production: Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists; capture content (phone and camera), record sound, light scenes, and edit for rapid turnaround with platform-specific hooks, captions, graphics, and aspect ratios.
  • Run creator & influencer programs: Identify and vet creators, negotiate scopes/rates, brief to clear deliverables, manage reviews/approvals, ensure FTC disclosure, rights/usage, and brand safety, and track performance to scale what works.
  • Product storytelling: Translate product stories and cultural moments into platform-specific content plans, manage editorial calendars, coordinate posting and community interactions, and uphold voice, accessibility, and inclusion standards.
  • Measure, learn, and optimize: Define KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement rate, watch time, saves, CTR), set up UTMs, analyze dashboards, run creative tests, and present insights and next steps.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Partner with PMMs, Communications, Brand/Design, PR, Engineering, Events, Legal/Procurement, and agency/freelance teams to align on moments, launches, and creator opportunities; maintain clear status updates.
  • Elevate the craft: Track platform trends, pitch experiments, and raise the quality bar with new techniques, tools, and templates.

Qualifications

  • Required/minimum: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field and 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field and 5+ years experience in business or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Master’s/Bachelor’s with 6+ or 8+ years experience respectively; project management across multi-workstreams; fluency in social formats and culture; experience managing creators; hands-on ability to shoot and light; proficiency in editing tools; strong visual/brand sensibility; ability to translate narratives into social concepts; data-literate with dashboards and experiments; experience writing scripts/captions; experience directing talent on set; and strong collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits
