The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects tutors with students nationwide for online Adobe Illustrator tutoring. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys from your home.

Responsibilities

• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• Be matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Provide high-quality instruction in Adobe Illustrator and adapt lessons to individual student needs.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and payments are issued up to twice per week.
• Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support and engagement features.

Compensation

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour for repeated sessions with the same student.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education preferred.
• Note: Varsity Tutors does not contract with tutors in Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, or Puerto Rico.
