Hours/week: Starting at $20/hour • Full-Time Benefits

Responsibilities

• Create and manage unique social media strategies for each hotel to drive engagement and awareness.
• Produce short-form videos and visual content that captures the energy of events, guest experiences, hotel amenities, and team culture.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Actively monitor and respond to audience engagement across all platforms.
• Analyze post performance and audience insights to fine-tune content strategy.
• Collaborate with hotel and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns.
• Manage paid ads and boosted posts to reach targeted audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• At least one year of hands-on social media experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle.
• Demonstrated ability to film and edit engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple brands.
